Our Approach

Why the Best Outcome
Has No Author.

Hair Science® Protocol was built on the belief that a documented, reproducible method produces more consistent results than any individual's technique, however skilled. The method is the constant. The practitioner executes it.

The Principle

Artistry is variance.
Variance is risk.

Every practitioner, however trained and experienced, introduces micro-variations across thousands of follicular extractions in a single procedure. These accumulate across a procedure lasting more than eight hours in ways that are difficult to control and impossible to audit after the fact.

A documented protocol changes this. When every extraction, every preservation step, and every placement decision follows a written standard, verified at each stage, the outcome follows the method. Hair Science® Protocol was built around this principle from the beginning.

Conventional Approach
Outcome depends on practitioner form on the day
No documented step-by-step standard
Results vary case to case in the same clinic
Cannot be independently audited or reproduced
Patient relies on trust in an individual
The Protocol Approach
Every step documented in writing before the procedure begins
Extraction, preservation, and placement follow identical specification
Results tracked and reviewed after every case
Auditable at every stage
Patient relies on a verified, repeatable system

"The finest watch movements are not trusted because of the watchmaker who assembled them. They are trusted because of the manufacturing standard they were built to. This is the same principle applied to follicular transplantation."

Hair Science® Protocol, founding principle

The Protocol
01

Plan

Placement density determined before the procedure begins. Written. Specific to this patient, this session. It does not change under time pressure.

02

Extract

Every extraction follows a written specification. Same parameters, every case. What varies between patients is assessed before the procedure begins.

03

Protect

Every extraction is made to protect what surrounds it. The donor zone is mapped and spaced to preserve surrounding tissue for recovery. The recipient area is prepared to receive grafts without disruption to existing follicles.

04

Place

Every graft placed to a documented specification. The session ends with a written case file. What was planned, what was placed, and any variance between the two.

The Team

Built by practitioners
who put the patient's outcome first.

High-volume practice is optimised for throughput. Our practitioners worked inside it long enough to understand exactly where patient outcomes suffer as a result: the compressed timelines, the improvised decisions, the cases taken that should have been declined.

Hair Science® Protocol exists because they chose to build differently. Fewer cases. More rigour. A written standard that holds regardless of schedule pressure or case volume. Every decision in the protocol exists because someone, at some point, saw what happens when that decision is left to chance.
